Innovation: Introducing the new «My Wealth Office»

At this year's Wealth Office Conference, Zwei Wealth presented the completely redesigned client portal of «My Wealth Office» to the audience. The new version will go live for clients in October 2026. Here is a first preview of what to expect.

The next generation of «My Wealth Office» introduces a range of innovations alongside a complete overhaul of the navigation system. In its core modules, the platform now includes a one-stop strategy check (Plan.), improved process management for tenders (Find.), a messenger channel for control tasks, and the new Total Asset Development module (Control.). These innovations provide clients with a significantly enhanced Wealth Office experience and set a new standard in wealth management.

The innovations in Plan.Find.Control.

The modules Plan., Find., and Control. have formed the foundation of the Wealth Office platform for years. With the latest version of «My Wealth Office», innovations unique in wealth management are being implemented across all three modules:

  • Plan.: The module is expanded with a one-stop strategy check and the first investment strategy manager
  • Find.: The redesigned module enables seamless navigation through investment opportunities and guided decision-making
  • Control.: With the Messenger channel and Total Asset Development, control procedures are further refined and made easier to use.

Innovation: Total Asset Development

Despite all the reports from banks and asset managers, many investors still lack a simple overview of asset performance across all holdings. How have assets actually performed over the years? Which portion comes from investment returns? Which changes are attributable to deposits and withdrawals? And where are there questions that require in-depth analysis?

With Total Asset Development, Zwei Wealth introduces a revolutionary new approach to asset analysis. Instead of viewing individual portfolios in isolation, the development of the entire portfolio is analyzed over years or even decades. This results in a significantly more comprehensive understanding of actual asset performance.

Innovation zwAI

With zwAI, Zwei Wealth is developing the first generation of an AI assistant on the Wealth Office platform. For wealth officers and their clients. The goal is to make information available more quickly, present complex relationships in a more understandable way, and design work processes more efficiently. The focus is not on automating decisions, but on supporting people. Technology is intended to help Wealth Officers make informed decisions and provide even more targeted support to clients.

The Wealth Office Handbook

Many things are improving, but one thing remains unchanged. Technology does not replace people; it empowers Wealth Officers to make even better decisions for their clients’ assets. You can learn how this works and much more in the Wealth Office Handbook:
